#ಸಮಪರ್ಕ ಕಲಿಕೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶವಾಗುವಂತೆ  ತಂಡಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಕಲಿಕಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಯನ್ನು 20 ಕ್ಕೆ  ಮಿತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಉತ್ತಮ .
== ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳು ==
ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ  ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು  ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ  ಕಾರ್ಯಸೂಚಿಯನ್ನು   ತಪ್ಪದೇ  ಅನುಷ್ಟಾನಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. 
# ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಲಿಕಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು  ಇಮೇಲ್ ಬಳಕೆ  ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಹಾಗು ವಿಷಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವೇದಿಕೆಗೆ ಇಮೇಲ್ ಕಳುಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ  ಗಮನವಹಿಸುವುದು .
##ಇಮೇಲ್  ಐಡಿ ಹೊಂದಿರದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ  ಮೊದಲನೇ ದಿನ  ತಪ್ಪದೇ ಇಮೇಲ್ ಐಡಿ ರಚಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕು.ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಲಿಕಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಇಮೇಲ್ ಐಡಿಯನ್ನು  ಕನ್ನಡ ವಿಷಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವೇದಿಕೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಗುಂಪಿಗೆ  ಸೇರಿಸುವ ಬಗೆಗಿನ ಕೈಪಿಡಿಯನ್ನು [http://karnatakaeducation.org.in/KOER/en/index.php/Adding_email_id_to_googlegroups ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡಬಹುದು]
