The workshop is scheduled on June 29th 2024 at the Vijaya Teachers College (VTC) computer lab.

Objectives of the workshop

  1. Introduce Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) to the group of BRPs/CRPs
  2. Develop familiarity with IT for Change initiatives and the TIEE project
  3. Understand the importance of Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) and Open Educational Resources (OER) in Education
  4. Explore digital tools to support CRPs/BRPs/ECOs in their routine work
  5. Access and make use of available resource repositories

11.45 – 1.00 PM About our work and 24-25 TIEE  action plan presentation 1. About ITFC projects in the state (S3 work KLEAP, Blr North and Adolecent program)
2. Sharing subject wise resource modules – lang, science and maths (KOER pages, story rep)
3. Collect inputs from CRPS and seeking their support for the effective work in the block
1PM to 1.45 PM LUNCH
1.45 to 2.00 PM Using SATS platform and UDISE data port, and openhouse sessions Openhouse session, addressiong if there are any issues
2 PM – 3 PM Collecting and Handling different kind of data through; 1. Access Google Drive and google apps – filling the dummy form by CRPS
2. Use Google form - to create forms and collect information.
3. Using conditions based questions and setting up a restrictions.
4. Exporting responses into a spreadsheet.
5. Accessing form from the Mobile.
3 PM to 4.15 PM Handling different kind of data and processing 1. Understanding the spreadsheet interface and Google sheet
2. Using office sute to process the data and organising it
3. Spreadsheet formatting features - Renaming, freez, wrap cell, number formats, worksheets, orint range
4. Using piovt, sort, advance filter options
5. Basic formula and using Pivot table to analyses data
4.15 to 4.30 PM Concluding the workshop Way forward – support and resources sharing, technical support for CRPs
