  1. Being self-aware- In this article, the authors, Dr.Chandra-Mouli and Dr.Sunil Mehra emphasize on the importance of age-appropriate sexuality education for adolescents. Authentic information about changes taking place in their bodies and minds at puberty,helps adolescents in correcting existing misconceptions,gaining a better understanding of self and building skills needed to make responsible choices.
  2. Breaking the taboo around menstruation - The Hindu. Resource (animated film) Mythri in English and in Kannada based on the questions asked by some girls in government schools, relating to mensturation, developed by Mythri Speaks, a trust working on issues pertaining to women, children and marginalised communities.
