Process (How to do the activity)

Make a cup shaped cavity in a peeled potatoas pour sugar solution in the cavity. Place the potato in a containerhalf immeresed in water. Mark the level of sugar solution, leave it for about half an hour, the level of sugar solution increases due to the process of osmosis.
