Introduction
Passing balls in 2 circles. Wherever it stops, those 2 children should introduce each other
Body rhythm game
Observation: Ability to follow instructions and remember sequential patterns and replicate them.
The facilitator demonstrates making rhythms using one's body. Different patterns are done which students are to repeat. The patterns get progressively complex. Students are then asked to volunteer to create their own patterns which the group should repeat.
Example: Mudde, dose, Chapathi, coffee (or) Head shoulder knee toes (or)clap, top, lap, snap
Word Anthyakshari
Observation: Vocabulary, ability to recall words that start with a particular sound
Round 1 - Kannada: Student1 starts by naming an object/animal. Student2 must name the next object/animal starting with the ending sound of the one named by Student1. Now, Student3 must name the next one with the ending sound of the one named by Student2 and so on. This can be done with students seated in a circle or by using the 'popcorn' method.
Round 2 - English: same as above but with English words. Emphasis can be on the ending sound and not the letter/spelling of the word.
Free draw
8-10 children sit in a circle. Each child is given a sheet of paper. When the facilitator says start, everyone begins drawing anything they wish to using colours. After a while, the facilitator says "switch" when the children have to hand over their sheet to the person next to them, and they continue the drawing. The process continues till the child gets back their original sheet.

Observation: Ability to form words in English with given letters
Students will be given a letter grid from which they are to form as many words as possible.
Join dots with numbers and tables 1-9
Roll and Race
Objective: - Building familiarity with numerals, addition ideas, Counting, forming numerical equations
Each child will be given a grid with numbers 1 - 100. Make groups of 3 or 4 children. Each child will take a turn to roll a pair of dice, and colour the number of boxes as the number on the dice. The one who reaches 100 first is the winner.
After colouring in each turn, ask students to write the addition equation of the number of boxes coloured in total. For e.g. - 1st turn: 8, 2nd turn: 3, 3rd turn: 10; student has to write 8+3 = 11, 11+10=21, and so on ...
Children can be told to use a different colour for every turn so that the different numbers adding up are clearly visible.

Each child will be given a worksheet with 3 drawings of mazes that they can solve.

One minute game
Game1- Collect balls with birthday caps
1. A birthday cap is tied to the forehead of all the players in upward down direction
2. As time starts players have to throw balls in the cap and collect the same ball in a bowl kept at some distance
3. Player gets a point for each ball which is there in the collection bowl
Game 2 - Transfer thermocol balls
1. Players have to put a straw in their mouth and picks thermocol with it
2. They have to collect those in a collection bowl kept at some distance
