A program for sharing and learning about school leadership and development, with the HMs of 13 BBMP schools in Bengaluru.
The program will comprise 7 workshops (first Friday of each Month), with interactions between workshops over virtual phone communities. Readings will be assigned and presented to facilitate discussions.
Session 1 - School leadership in context
- Fill up the Participant information form
- Introductions and expectation sharing - Basic information about myself and my school
- Introduction to the community of practice - "Presentation and discussions - Why is a community of practice useful – school, teachers, parents as "learning community" (TCOL video)
- Introduction to school leadership as a discipline - Presentation and discussions
- Break of 10 minutes
- Understanding our context - reading ಪ್ರಭಾವ ವಲಯ ಕಾಳಜಿ ವಲಯ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನಾ ಪತ್ರ ("COI COC), presentation + discussions
