വസ്തുക്കൾ, മൃഗങ്ങൾ, സ്ഥലങ്ങൾ, ആശയങ്ങൾ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ സംഭവങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയുടെ പേരുകൾ പറയാൻ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന വാക്കുകളെ നാമപദങ്ങൾ എന്നു സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. പ്രസംഗത്തിന്റെ 8 ഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ നാമപദങ്ങൾ ഏറ്റവും ലളിതമാണ്, അതിനാലാണ് അവ പ്രൈമറി സ്കൂളിൽ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളെ ആദ്യം പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.
