پروگرام کا جائزہ

طلباء کی زبان سیکھنے کے تجربات کو کہانی سنانے کی طاقت کو تدریسی آلےکے طور پر استعمال کرتے ہوئے اور ڈیجیٹل میڈیا کی نئی ممکنات کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے بہتر بنانے کے اہم مقصد کے ساتھ، ریاستی تعلیمی تحقیق و تربیت کے محکمہ اور کرناٹک کے کالجز آف ٹیچر ایجوکیشن نے آٹی فار چینج کے ساتھ مل کر 2023-24 کے دوران 'زبان کی تعلیم میں ڈیجیٹل کہانی پر مبنی تدریس کا انضمام' پروگرام کا انعقاد کیا۔ یہ پروگرام زبان کی تدریس و تعلم کے عمل اور اس کے نتیجے میں طلباء کی تعلیمی کامیابیوں میں مدد دینے کے لیے، اساتذہ کی پیشہ ورانہ ترقی پر توجہ مرکوز کرتا ہے۔ پہلے سال میں، اساتذہ کی صلاحیتوں کو آڈیو وسائل تخلیق کرنے پر مرکوز کیا گیا۔ 200 سے زائد اعلیٰ معیار کی آڈیو کہانیاں، جنہیں کنڑا، انگریزی، اردو اور مراٹھی زبانوں میں تیار کیا گیا ہے، اور ریاست بھر میں اساتذہ کے لئے اوپن ایجوکیشنل ریسورسز کے طور پر شائع کی گئی ہیں۔

اگلے ۲۰۲۴۔۲۵ مرحلے کا مقصد کلاس روم کی سطح پر عمل درآمد کوتکنیکی تدریسی ورکشاپس اور اسکول کی سطح پر معاونت کے ذریعے ممکن بنانا ہے۔ اس کا مقصد ڈیجیٹل کہانی پر مبنی تدریس کے کلاس رومز میں عمل درآمد کا مطالعہ کرنا بھی ہے تاکہ طریقوں کی مؤثر کارکردگی، اساتذہ کی کامیابیاں اور چیلنجز کو سمجھا جا سکے، اور بہتری اور دوبارہ ڈیزائن کی ضرورت والے پہلوؤں کی نشاندہی کی جا سکے

ورکشاپ کے مقاصد

• اساتذہ کو یہ تجربہ کرنے اور سمجھنے میں مدد کرنا کہ آڈیو کہانیاں زبان سیکھنے اور سکھانے میں کیسے مددفراہم کرسکتی ہیں۔

• دریافت کرنا کہ کہانی پر مبنی تدریس بچوں میں سننے اور بولنے کی مہارتوں کو کیسے بہتر بنا سکتی ہے۔

• سمجھنا کہ کثیر لسانی، شمولیتی اور جدید تدریسی حکمتِ عملیاں زبان کی تدریس میں کیسے استعمال کی جا سکتی ہیں۔

• موبائل پر مبنی آڈیو کہانیوں کا استعمال کرتے ہوئے مختلف کمرۂ جماعت کی سرگرمیوں پر بات چیت کرنا۔

متوقع ماحصل:

• کہانی سنانے کو بطور تدریس کے استعمال میں اساتذہ کی فہم میں اضافہ

• اساتذہ کی زبان کی تدریس سے متعلق اپنے عقائد اور طریقوں پر غور و فکر

• اساتذہ کاآڈیو کہانیوں کے ذریعے زبان سیکھنے کی صلاحیت کا تجربہ کرنااور سمجھنا۔

• اساتذہ کا زبان کے حصول کی حمایت کے لیے مؤثر سننے کی مہارتوں کو فروغ دینے کے لیے حکمت عملیوں کا جائزہ لینا۔

• اینٹینا پوڈ کے استعمال میں مانوسیت اور آسانی حاصل کریں تاکہ درس و تدریسی عمل میں آڈیو کہانیوں کو شامل کیا جا سکے۔

• اپنے کمرۂ جماعت کے لیےنفاذ کا منصوبے کی تیار کریں۔
