Activity No # 1 - Observation of xylem tissue in balsam plant(Karnakundala)

Materials/ Resources needed
A young Balsam plant,Eosin solution,Test tube or beaker,Blade,Water etc.

Process (How to do the activity)
- Select a young balsam plant and clean the roots properly.
- Take a beaker and fill half of of it with water.
- Add 2 to 3 drops of eosin solution into the beaker.
- Place the balsam plant in the beaker and keep it for 2 hours.
