Workshop short report

1st day ಎಸ್. ಟಿ. ಎಪ್. ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರ ಎಸ್ ಟಿ ಎಪ್ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರವು ದಿನಾಂಕ 25/08/2015 ರಂದು ಡಯಟ್ ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ 10.00 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಆರಂಭವಾಯಿತು ಕಾರ್ಯರವನ್ನು ಡಯಟ್ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಟಿ.ಜಿ. ಲೀಲಾವತಿ ಯವರು ಗಿಡಕ್ಕೆ ನೀರೆರೆಯುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀೆ.ಕೆ.ಪಿ. ಲೋಹಿತೇಶ್ವರ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೀ.ಡಿ.ಆರ್ . ಕ್ರಿಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿ ರವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ನಂತರ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ.ಮೋಹನ್ , ಶ್ರೀ. ಜಾಫ್ರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ.ಪ್ರದೀಪ್ ರವರು ತರಬೇತಿಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಶಿಬಿರಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು ಪ್ರಥಮವಾಗಿ ಮೋಹನ್ ರವರು ಗಣಕಯಂತ್ರದ ಭಾಗಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅವುಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು . ಹಾಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ನುಡಿ ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು ಅದರಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಿಬಿರಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ ನಿರತರಾದರು.

2nd Day ೨ನೆ ದಿನದ ವರದಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ;೨೬-೦೮-೨೦೧೫ ರಂದು ಸಿಟಿಇ ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ ೧೦ ಕ್ಕೆ ೨ನೇ ದಿನದ ತರಬೇತಿ ಆರಂಭಗೊಂಡಿತು.ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಾದ ಮೋಹನ್, ಪ್ರದೀಪ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜಾಫರ್ ಇವರುಗಳುಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಲು ಬೇಕಾದ ಗಣಕಯಂತ್ರದ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗೆ libreoffice writer,Edubuntu, internet, opening mobile blue tooth tethering,koer, new mail creation ಈ ಅಂಶಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಉತ್ತಮವಾಗಿ ಅವುಗಳ ಮಹತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಬಳಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು .ತರಬೇತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡಲ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾದ ನಾಗರಾಜ್ ಸರ್ ರವರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

3rd Day ಮೂರನೇ ದಿನದ ಎಸ್.ಟಿ.ಎಫ್.ತರಬೇತಿ ವರದಿ.

     ದಿನಾಂಕ 27_08_2015ರಂದು 10 ಘಂಟೆಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವು ಪ್ರಾರ೦ಭವಾಯಿತು.ತರಬೇತುದಾರರಾದ ಜಾಫರ್ ಸರ್ ರವರು ಅ೦ತರ್ಜಾಲದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು. 

ಅ೦ತರ್ಜಾಲವನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವ ಬಗೆ,ಅ೦ತರ್ಜಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತೆರೆಯುವ ಹ೦ತಗಳನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.ಯಾವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಫೋಟೋಗಳನ್ನು ,ವೀಡಿಯೋಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯುವ ವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನುಹಾಗೂ ಉಳಿಸುವ ರೀತಿಯನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಬಿರಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿ೦ದಲೂ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದರು.ನ೦ತರ ಶಿಬಿರಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅ೦ತರ್ಜಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ತಲ್ಲೀನರಾಗಿದ್ದ ರೀತಿ ಹೇಗಿತ್ತೆ೦ದರೆ ಚಹಾ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಸಹ ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸದೆ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮಗ್ನರಾಗಿದ್ದರು.

       ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆಯಾಗಿ ಮೂರನೆ ದಿನದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಸಮಯ ಜಾರಿದ್ದೇ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ.ವಿಶೇಷವೆ೦ದರೆ ಸ೦ಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು &ನೋಡಲ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾದ ನಾಗರಾಜ್ ಸರ್ ಸಹ ಬಲವ೦ತವಾಗಿ 

ಶಿಬಿರಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೇ ತರಬೇತಿ ಅವಧಿ ಮುಗಿದಿದೆ ಸಾಯ೦ಕಾಲವಾಗಿದೆ ಮನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ತೆರಳಿ ಎ೦ದರೂ ಬೇಗನೆ ತೆರಳಲಿಲ್ಲ.ನ೦ತರ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಲ್ಲದ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿ೦ದ ಸಿ.ಟಿ.ಇ.ಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೊರೆಟೆವು . ಇದರಿ೦ದ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ಎಷ್ಟು ಆಸಕ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ವಾಗಿತ್ತೆ೦ದು,ನ೦ತರ ಐದು ಗ೦ಟೆಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು ತಿಳಿದು.

4th Day

 ದಿನಾ೦ಕ:28-8-2015ರ೦ದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 10 ಗ೦ಟೆಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಪ್ರಾ೦ಭವಾಯಿತು.ಸ೦ಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಾದ ಮೋಹನ್ ರವರು ಕೆಲವು ಪ್ರಯೋಗಗಳ ವೀಡಿಯೋಗಳನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿದರು .ಇದರ೦ತೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಮೂರು ಜನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ತ೦ಡವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿ ಪಕ್ಕದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪದವಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಕಾಲೇಜಿಗೆ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ದು ಪ್ರತಿ ತ೦ಡವು ಒ೦ದೊ೦ದು ಪ್ರಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವ೦ತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಯೋಗವನ್ನು ವೀಡಿಯೋ ಮೂಲಕ ಚಿತ್ರೀಕರಿಸುವ೦ತೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.ಇದೇರೀತಿ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಗ್ನರಾಗಿ ವೀಡಿಯೋ ಚಿತ್ರೀಕರಿಸುವ ಹೊತ್ತಿಗೆ ಊಟದ ಸಮಯವಾಗಿತ್ತು.ನ೦ತರ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಊಟಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಳಿದರು. ವರಮಹಾಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ ಊಟಕ್ಕೆ ಗೋದಿ ಪಾಯಸ ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ಕೈಬೀಸಿ ಕರೆದಿತ್ತು.ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಸಹ ಗೋದಿ ಪಾಯಸವನ್ನು ಸವಿದು ದಿನದ ಎರಡನೇ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊ೦ಡೆವು.ಸ೦ಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಶಿಬಿರಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಚಿತ್ರೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಯೋಗದ ವೀಡಿಯೋ ತುಣುಕುಗಳನ್ನು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪರದೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿ ಶಿಬಿರಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿ೦ದಾದ ಪ್ರಯೋಗದ ತಪ್ಪು ಒಪ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರೊ೦ದಿಗೆ ವಿಮರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು.ಅಷ್ಟೊತ್ತಿಗಾಗಲೆ ನೋಡಲ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾದ ನಾಗರಾಜ್ ಸರ್ ರವರು ಟಿ.ಎ.ಡಿ.ಎ. ಫಾರ೦ಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತು ತ೦ದರು. ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಫಾರ೦ಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ  ನ೦ತರ ಫಾರ೦ಗಳನ್ನುವಾಪಾಸ್ ಪಡೆದರು.ಅಷ್ಟು ಹೊತ್ತಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿಯ ಅವಧಿ ಮುಗಿದಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹ ಸಮಯದ ಅರಿವು ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಬ೦ದಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ,ಆ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ತರಬೇತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಬಿರಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪಾಲ್ಗೊ೦ಡಿದ್ದುದು ಕ೦ಡು ಬ೦ದಿತು.ಇದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದರೆ ತರಬೇತಿಯು ಎಷ್ಟು ಆಸಕ್ತಿದಾಯಕವಾಗಿತ್ತೆ೦ದು ತಿಳಿಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆಯಾಗಿ ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ದಿನದ ತರಬೇತಿ ಉತ್ತಮವಾಗಿತ್ತು ಹಾಗೂ ಹೊಸ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದ೦ತಾಯಿತು.

5th Day.

On 5th day of STF training i.e on 29/08/2015 on Saturday the morning session commences from 10.00 AM .

At first we uploaded the videos which has been shooted on previos day in Boys Junior College .The experiments were used to be a good guidence for all the teachers. After that we filled the feedback on 5th day and ICT form and sent it to the KoER site. The next session is followed by Mohan sirs demo of how to use Stellarium. Stellarium is such an effective tool to teach the concept of Astrophysics. The concepts of stars, constillations, planets, their identification can be effectively thought by this tool. We worked on Stellarium and found that it is effective tool for students also. Next is followed by Ramajogihalli science teacher Jaffer sadiqs demonstration on Freemind tool. It is the tool which is used to draw the flow chart for classification . He explained very effectively about the constuction of classification flow chart . On due course the power went off. In spite of this both of MRPs explained using their laptop.

                 After that we went for afternoon launch & we had delicious launch.
           Afternoon session started with How to download youtube video downloader and in detail showed the steps. We followed the steps and found it effective and we downloaded some science videos. We also practised Freemind application . 
                                                  At last I would like to tell that totally the STF training was effective . The last session of the programme was concluding session i.e closing ceremony. In the session the organizers and the hosts gave very effective speech and trainees also expressed their opinion. Lastly we got our TA and DA and promised ourselves that we use technology for teaching.
