Process

Students can be divided into teams and each team can study the reasons for public financing, one could be based on the nature of finance - allocation, distribution and stabilisation. Students can also find information on current practices on these three aspects in the Karnataka State Budget. The videos of discussions on national budgets can provide diverse and conflicting opinions of different goals of public finance

Evaluation – (questions for assessment of the child)

The presentation by the student teams and discussions can help assess their understanding of the goals of public finance. All students must have the chance to speak and share their ideas
