The training started on 05-01-2015 at 10am by Welcome & Introductory talk by Master Resource Persons Mr. Manjunath, HM, Nelevagilu and Mr.Mohan,HM, Elekyathanahalli. At first Mohan told us about the objectives of the training and its usefulness in our daily official work. They taught us to open an account in gmail.com. Everyone of us opened our own gmail account. Then they add our a/c to HTF and we became members of HTF. In the mean time DDPI,DIET visited us and interact with every Head Masters and told about the importance of knowing, learning and using of computers in our official works. After a lunch break, Manjunath taught us about opening a new folder and how to open internet and put the selected text to our folder and saving it in our folder. I am very happy that I entered HTF, learnt opening an gmail a/c, creating my folder and also selecting a text from internet and saving it in my folder. Todays training is very useful and I am eager to learn more and use it in my everydays work. I am expecting more from this training.

3ನೇ ದಿನದ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವು ಎಂದಿನಂತೆ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ. 9.30ಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ಈ ದಿನದಂದು, ಮೊದಲು ಶ್ರೀ ತಮ್ಮಣ್ಣ, ಮು.ಶಿ. ಸ.ಪ.ಪೂ.ಕಾಲೆಜು, ತ್ಯಾಮಗೊಂಡ್ಲು ರವರು 2ನೇ ದಿನದ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ನಂತರ ಲಿಬ್ರೆ ಕ್ಯಾಲ್ ಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಅನುಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಶಿಭಿರಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರಿಸಹರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು. ನಂತರ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಂಜುನಾಥರವರು, ಹೆಚ್.ಆರ್.ಎಂ.ಎಸ್. ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್.ಆರ್.ಎಂ.ಎಸ್. ಅನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವ ವಿಧಾನ, ಅದರ ಮಹತ್ವ, ಅದನ್ನು ಓಪನ್ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ, ಯೂಸರ್ ಐಡಿ, ಪಾಸ್ ವರ್ಡ್ಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ನಂತರ ಹೆಚ್.ಆರ್.ಎಂ.ಎಸ್. ನ ಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಲ್ ತಯಾರಿಕೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ, ಎಸ್.ಆರ್. ಎಂಟ್ರಿ ಮುಂತಾದವುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು. ನಂತರ ಊಟದ ವಿರಾಮವಿತ್ತು. ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನದ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮೋಹನ್ ರವರು ಎನ್.ಸಿ.ಎಫ್-2005ರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಮಹತ್ವ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಬೆಳೆದು ಬಂದ ಹಾದಿ, ಭಾಷೆ, ಮುಂತಾದವುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಎನ್.ಸಿ.ಎಫ್-2005ರ ಪರಿಚಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಚರ್ಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಮನವರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ನಂತರ ಶಿಭಿರಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಐದು ಗುಂಪುಗಳಾಗಿ ವಿಂಗಡಿಸಿ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಗುಂಪಿಗೂ ಒಂದೊಂದು ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಅವುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸುವಂತೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಶಿಭಿರಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದರು. ಅವುಗಳ ಮಂಡನೆ ನಾಳೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ತಮ್ಮ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇರುವ ಅನುಮಾನಗಳನ್ನ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು. ನಂತರ ಇಂದಿನ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು.

Training was started at 10 am with yesterday preview. The summary of 4 th day report was read by sridhar . Todays topics which we all learnt and explored in computer about GOOGLE DRIVE CD COPY UBUNTU INSTALLATION etc MANJUNATH given the class by displaying through screen abt google drive application ,we came to know about difference between msgs sent through gmail and through google drive.. Then he explained abt all the options which comes in drop down menu like Document, spred sheet and form.. in this form is very useful and important aspect in schools for administrative purpose. BLOG ;one of the most popular site which was visited by famous personalities followers . Blog which was explained and we learnt about how to use and create our own blog. In google map we searched various places and seen satellite view online.
Then coming to the UTUBE download. We downloaded and seen some of the videos through utube. In our day today school administrative work cd copy needed for maintaining of indiviual records . We came to know abt CD COPY step by step.
Manjunath explained about ubuntu installation step by step with displaying on screen. Totally the whole programme was useful and we enjoyed by learning the new things with interest.It is very useful and time saving for our academic and administrative process.
