A program for sharing and learning about school leadership and development, with the HMs of 13 BBMP schools in Bengaluru.
The program will comprise 7 workshops (first Friday of each Month), with interactions between workshops over virtual phone communities. Readings will be assigned and presented to facilitate discussions.
Session 1 - School leadership in context
- Participant information form
- Introductions and expectation sharing - Name, school, basic information about myself and my school
- Introduction to the community of practice - "Presentation - Why is a community of practice useful – school, teachers, parents as community
- show TCOL video?"
- Introduction to school leadership as a discipline Presentation
- Break of 10 minutes
- Understanding our context COI COC Note reading, presentation + discussions
- Presentation of the overall program concept map, role of ICT for connecting, creating. Discussion
- Whatsapp install + add remaining to Group BBMP-HMs Bring laptops if you have, Bring your smart phones. how can we use telegram going forward
