Summary

Building rapport and getting to know each other is important to build the trust between facilitators and Kishoris. Using fun activities for ice breaking and make Kishoris comfortable with us and also buid their excitement to work with us.

Assumptions

  1. Module will be conducted in English.
  2. All the classes have CCTV, so the Kishoris and the facilitators will be conscious.
  3. There isn’t much information available with us about the school.
  4. Number of Kishoris - 59
  5. Since it is the last period of the day Kishoris might already be tired.


Objective

  1. To establish what we will do in this project in an attractive manner (our identity)
  2. To build their excitement to work with us


Process

Greet the Kishoris. Flash cards are made to introduce the facilitators and the Kishoris to each other. Different favourites are written in each card. An example of the card is shown as below.
