Summary

Kishoris are involved in the interactions with “Hosa Hejje Hosa Dishe” team since many days. The way in which Kishoris express their thoughts has also improved considerably in the due course of the journey with the team. As the International Women’s Day falls during this week’s module, Kishoris will express their aspirations and views about the women as part of Women’s Day.

In addition, they also will write about the changes they hope to see which benefits all the women. They would also write about the reasons for missing the school this year.

Assumptions

1. Even though some Kishoris cause commotion in the group, many of them lack self-confidence.

2. Off late, there is an increase in the absenteeism to the school.

3. Some of the Kishoris have started to share and express their views voluntarily. We should work towards encouraging these voices and restrain those who try to disrupt the discussions.

4. The level of trust between us and Kishoris is increasing day by day, so we can discuss more sensitive issues at this stage.

5. There are few Kishoris who are controlling the others in the group and not allowing them to participate. They need to be observed keenly.

6. At the end of the academic year, teachers may utilize the classes assigned to us in order to complete their lessons. This will give us less time.
