Project Ideas

The Government of India has funded thousands of crores for 'cleaning the Ganga'project. Look for newspaper information and also from the Internet on the steps taken for cleaning Ganga. Write a short essay on river pollution in India.

Community Based Project

Plan a digital story telling project on the local water bodies- river or lake or pond or sea shore. Meet people living on the shore/banks and ask their views about the water body and changes over the last several decades. Are people dependant on the water body for their livelihood (fishermen, farmers)?
