Rashtriya Madhyamika Shiksha Abhiyaan, Karnataka (RMSA) is a centrally sponsored scheme for the universalization of secondary education.

RMSA has designed the Subject Teacher Forum, an in-service teacher training programme for high school mathematics, science and social science teachers, in collaboration with DSERT, UNICEF and IT for Change. The Subject Teacher Forum programme aims to support self learning, peer learning, continous learning, mentorship based model of teacher professional development, in line with the vision of the National Curricular Framework for Teacher Education

RMSA has also supported teachers in collaborating to create and maintain the Karnataka Open Educational Resources (KOER) portal.
