==Teachers Communities of Learning (TCOL)==
The TCOL aims program attempts to bring together demonstrate how technology can support the improvement of educational outcomes at a school level through a community of learning approach. The program attempts to build communities at multiple levels - within the school, across different subject teachers , and across the schools in the Bengaluru South 3 block. This is the '''third phase''' of the program, working with government aided schools in a Bengaluru South 3 block together, through physical interactions supplemented and complemented by virtual interactionsfrom 2018 to 2021 (three academic years). # Demonstrate a model of ICT integration in teaching-learning
# Identify possibilities for systemic reforms and policy
The project will have two strands of work:

# School-based intensive work to demonstrate and train in ICT integration in teaching-learning and administrative processes
=== Program with Government Aided Schools (2018-21) strategies ===After the completion of the three year program # Working with Government High Schools from 2014-17identified, IT interested schools for Change has begun a similar program with the Government Aided Schools in Bengaluru South 3 Blockdemonstrating school level technology integration. The aims of This will include the program arefollowing:# To teach teachers # Working with identified subjects to use subject software applications demonstrate techno-pedagogies## Supporting technology integration for subject teaching school management and for creating digital TLMadministration# To teach teachers to use generic text, image, audio and video software applications # Digital literacy classes for teaching (both digital literacy and computer-assisted-learning)the students in line with NCERT National ICT Curriculum, 2013## Support the development and maintenance of ICT labs## Communicate with parents using IVRS system## Helping interested schools develop a web page for creating digital TLMtheir communication# To support Block-level workshops for head masters, subject teachers to implement digital literacy . These workshops will be subject wise onyl, and will be conducted on an identified day each month. Teachers from the schools where ICT is being integrated for subject based teaching with students for improving will also present their work to support peer learning outcomesin these workshops# To establish professional learning communities (PLCs) amongst teachersCreating and uploading digital resources in Kannada and in English; resources will be uploaded on the Karnataka Open Educational Resources portal, for use by subject, across Bengaluru South 3 all teachers.# Supporting schools and support teachers to integrate digital technologies in their need-based, continuous online and peeroffline teaching activities post the COVID-learning based learning19 pandemic

Workshops were conducted in Mathematics, Science, Social Science and Kannada. Teachers from the schools were also connected to the state/ district groups for sharing resources and ideas.
