A Potato, Knife, Glass dish, Sugar or Salt solution,water, Two Ball pins etc.

Prerequisites/Instructions, if any

Note the level of sugar solution inside the potato before the experiment and at the end of the experiment.

Process (How to do the activity)

Take a potato and cut a small piece at one end of it.Make a U shaped hole inside the potato with the help of knife.Prepare a strong solution of sugar. Fill half of the hole with sugar solution and mark the level of solution with a ball pin. Keep the whole apparatus inside a beaker containing water.The level
