Objectives of the program:
- To support Head Teachers explore their contexts using the Strengths - Weakness - Opportunities - Threats (SWOT) framework, this can be used to help build a deeper understanding of their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
- To help Head Teachers explore the 'Circle of Influence - Circle of Concern' framework to assess the scope for proactive responses to take their institution forward.
- To identify one 'School development project' for their school which they will work to implement
- To help Head teachers explore various digital tools and resources for strengthening school leadership and development, including through strengthening communication and collaboration with stakeholder.

Batch 1: 14th and 15th October 2024 - Anekal, South 1 and South 2
Batch 2: 16th and 18th October 2024 - South 3 and South 4
