ನನಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯಬೇಕು: ನನಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿ ನೀಡಬೇಡಿ

Often one hears a challenge disguised as a query: what use is a National Curriculum Framework (NCF)? The challenges that emerge in the further dialogue depend on how reasonable, concerned or radical the challenger wants to pose himself/herself to be.

ಆಗಾಗ್ಗೆ ಒಬ್ಬರು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯ ವೇಷದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸವಾಲನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟು (ಎನ್‌ಸಿಎಫ್) ಏನು ಉಪಯೋಗ? ಮುಂದಿನ ಸಂವಾದದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮುವ ಸವಾಲುಗಳು ಎಷ್ಟು ಸಮಂಜಸವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವಲಂಬಿತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ, ಕಾಳಜಿ ಅಥವಾ ಆಮೂಲಾಗ್ರವಾಗಿ ಸವಾಲುಗಾರ ತನ್ನನ್ನು / ಅವಳನ್ನು ತಾನೇ ತೋರಿಸಲು ಬಯಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.

Some of them are: Our country is so vast and varied in cultural and natural environment that no single scheme of education can ever hope to be suitable for all.

ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ಹೀಗಿವೆ: ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶವು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಪರಿಸರದಲ್ಲಿ ತುಂಬಾ ವಿಸ್ತಾರವಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ವೈವಿಧ್ಯಮಯವಾಗಿದೆ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಒಂದು ಯೋಜನೆ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಸೂಕ್ತವೆಂದು ಆಶಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

A supposed to be fundamental principle is often quoted in this regard is “one size does not fit all”.
