We do watch food advertisements/banners with enticing slogans, claims and images, that tempt us to consume a certain food. But, in reality,how nutritious an advertised food is? Have you ever examined a nutrition facts label and wondered what the columns of words and numbers really meant? In this activity you will explore serving sizes and nutrients. You will also gather the facts, brainstorm ideas and find evidence to support your proposed explanation.
