ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಸಮುದಾಯ (ಟಿಕಾಲ್)
ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಸಮುದಾಯ (ಟಿಕಾಲ್) ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಹೇಗೆ ಶಾಲಾ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಸಮುದಾಯ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನದ ಮೂಲಕ ನೆರವಾಗಬಲ್ಲದು ಎಂಬುವುದನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ವಿವಿಧ ಹಂತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ- ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಷಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಹಾಗು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ವಲಯ 3ರ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ.
ಇದು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮೂರನೇ ಹಂತವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ವಲಯ 3ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 2018 ರಿಂದ 2021ರ ವರೆಗೆ (ಮೂರು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷಗಳು) ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಹಿಂದೆ 2014-17ನೆ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಎರಡನೇ ಹಂತದ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಆಳವಾಗಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಹಾಗು ವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಹೋಗಲಿದೆ.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮೂರನೇ ಹಂತದ (2018-21) ಗುರಿಗಳು
- 'ಕಲಿಕಾ ಸಮುದಾಯ'ದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ನಡುವೆ ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಮಾತುಕತೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮಾಂತರ ಕಲಿಕೆ ಹಾಗು ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸುವುದು.
- ಐಸಿಟಿಯನ್ನು ವಿವಿಧ ರೀತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಹಾಗು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸ್ವಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಕಾ ಬೋಧನೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸುವುದು.
- ಕಲಿಕಾ ಬೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಐಸಿಟಿಯನ್ನು ಅನುಕಲನಗೊಳಿಸುವುದರ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ.
- ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಿತ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಗು ಕಾರ್ಯನೀತಿಗಳಿಗಿರುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸುವುದು.
- ಮೇಲಿನವುಗಳನ್ನು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಹಾಗು ಬೋಧನಾ ವಿಧಾನಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಯೋಜನೆಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು.
ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಕೆಲಸಗಳು ಎರೆಡು ತಂತುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ:
- ಗಣಿತ ಹಾಗು ಕನ್ನಡ/ಇಂಗ್ಲೀಷ್‌ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಐಸಿಟಿ ಸಂಯೋಜನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ರಚನಾತ್ಮಕ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರಗಳು
- ಬೋಧನಾ ಕಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗು ಆಡಳಿತ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಐಸಿಟಿ ಸಂಯೋಜನೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಶಾಲಾ ಆಧಾರಿತ ತೀವ್ರವಾದ ಕೆಲಸದ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ತಂತ್ರಗಳು
- ಆಸಕ್ತ, ಗುರುತಿಸಿದ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಸಂಯೋಜನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವುದರ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ. ಇದು ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ:
- ಗುರುತಿಸಿದ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ
- ಶಾಲಾ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಹಾಗು ಆಡಳಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಸಂಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸುವುದು.
- NCERTಯ 'ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಐ.ಸಿ.ಟಿ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮ-2013'ನಂತೆ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್‌ ಸಾಕ್ಷರತಾ ತರಗತಿಗಳು
- ಐ.ಸಿ.ಟಿ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಾಲಯದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಹಾಗು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ
- IVRS ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಪೋಷಕರ ಜೊತೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ.
- ಆಸಕ್ತ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅಂತರ್ಜಾಲ ಪುಟಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ.
- ಮುಖ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗಾಗಿ, ವಿಷಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗಾಗಿ ವಲಯ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರಗಳು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರಗಳು ವಿಷಯ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತವೆ ಹಾಗು ತಿಂಗಳ ಗೊತ್ತುಪಡಿಸಿದ ದಿನದಂದು ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಐ.ಸಿ.ಟಿ ಸಂಯೋಜಿತ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ವಿಷಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸಹ ಕಲಿಕೆಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಡಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
- ಕ್ನಡ ಹಾಘು ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್‌ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗು ಅಪ್‌ಲೋಡ್‌ ಮಾಡುವುದು; ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮುಕ್ತ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳ ತಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಬಳಕೆಗಾಗಿ ಅಪ್‌ಲೋಡ್‌ ಮಾಡುವುದು

School level work
Few schools will be identified for supporting class level and school level integration of ICT for teaching-learning and for school development. Work in Mathematics and English has begun in BHS school. A few more schools will be identified for working in the areas of Mathematics, Kannada, English during 2018-19, and in other subjects in subsequent years.

Program with Government High Schools in Phase 2 (2014-17 Completed)
During the three academic years 2014-17, the program worked with the 16 Government High Schools of Bengaluru South 3 Block. The two components of the program were the block level community building workshops and the school level support for academic improvement.
Program focus areas
During the second phase of the TCOL program the program focused on the following :
- Introducing teachers to new pedagogies
- Introducing digital literacy for students
- Demonstrating new classroom processes
- Building a community of subject teachers and head masters
- Strengthening the institutional identity of government schools
Block level workshops
The block level work attempted to bring together the teachers and head teachers across all the South 3 schools through workshops and digitally enabled methods focusing on the following:
- Better teaching-learning practices
- Creating a relevant, safe learning space in the school for students
- Connecting with the community and focusing on better learning outcomes, adolescent issues and making the school a safe space for the children
- Creation of a model block, enabled by ICT integration in classroom and school processes
- Bringing together the block as a collective on issues of school development, curricular changes and sharing best practices
