Objectives of the program:

1. To support Head Teachers explore their contexts using the Strengths - Weakness - Opportunities - Threats (SWOT) framework, this can be used to help build a deeper understanding of their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
2. To help Head Teachers explore the 'Circle of Influence - Circle of Concern' framework to assess the scope for proactive responses to take their institution forward.
3. To identify one 'School development project' for their school which they will work to implement
4. To help Head teachers explore various digital tools and resources for strengthening school leadership and development, including through strengthening communication and collaboration with stakeholder.

Batch 1: 14th and 15th October 2024 - Anekal, South 1 and South 2

Batch 2: 5th and 6th November 2024 - South 3 and South 4

SWOT analyses	Brief explanation of SWOT HMs do SWOT of their schools in groups of 5 Presentation and discussions.	2:00 to 03:00
COI COC	Connecting SWOT with COI COC	3:00 to 03:45

SDP	Making my School Development Plan Why (objectives), What (activities), Who (actors, RPs), When (timelines), How (methodology) Making points of the SDP and fleshing it out in consultation with key actors (Democratic SDP)	4:00 to 4:30
DAY 2
Creating school resources	Working with computer Creating a School level news letter - Use school level activities, events reports Adding content in Kannada to the newsletter Importing and exporting images or videos from phone to computer Exporting Newsletter in multiple formats - ODT, PDF, Docx Sharing the newsletter with HMs network and department	10:00 to 2:30
Connecting to the World	Accessing resources available on Internet - KOER, NISTHA, Accessing emails, resources resources shared by department Using Cloud space to store school level school info and database	2:30 to 4:30
