The training began with the inauguration at 10.30am. Belagavi DIET principal, Shri Danoji, senior lecturers too were present .The participants were grouped into four named UBUNTU, INTERNET, E-MAIL and KOER
The first session was on the introduction to the curriculum, source book and the 3 units prescribed for the D. Ed II year was dealt by the RP Shri. Y.B.Hosamani.This was followed by the basic typing processes by Smt. Ranganayaki. The third session after lunch was handled by Shri.D.Raviram on the Computer- Hardware &Software.Later the RP Shri. Manjunath Mane dealt with how to create a folder and save the files. Towards the end of the day Smt. Ranganayaki dealt with Tux Paint.

The day's training began with the feedback on the second day's training by the UBUNTU group. The first session of the II day's training began by providing the introduction to the Internet by the RP Shri. Manjunath Mane. This was followed by e-mailing, receiving mails by the RP
Shri.Y.B.Hosamani. E-mail IDs too were created for a few participants.
The third session was on how to mail all the files of the participants to the groups by the RP Shri.D.Raviram followed by the Mind Mapping by the RP Smt. Ranganayaki. The participants
enjoyed learning all that were dealt with.

The day's session began with the feedback on the previous day's work presented by the e-mail group. RP Raviram engaged the participants in learning GEOGEBRA. A hands on how to construct Angles ,Triangles and Quadrilaterals was taken up.
After lunch, Geogebra was continued .Later a session on TURTLE ART was held and the RP Mrs. Ranganayaki showed how to create various patterns, solve a few sums on fundamental
operations in maths using the turtle art. The day ended with the hands on practice on turtle art by the participants.

The 4th day's training began as usual by presenting the previous day's work. INTERNET and KOER groups presented their report in detail. A few suggestions for improvement in presenting the report were provided.
The 1st session was dealt by the RP Shri. Manjunath Mane which included PhET. A hands on practice on the use of PhET was provided to all the participants.
Later the RP Shri.Y.B.Hosamani demonstrated how to save pictures and videos through SCREENSHOT and RECORD MY DESKTOP
After lunch Shri.Y.B.Hosamani also dealt with the SPREADSHEET. The participants were demonstrated how to prepare the internal assessment sheet for each subject, A hands on practice time was given to them. Towards the end a discussion on how to integrate ICT with the D.Ed syllabus was held. The participants actively expressed their views positively. At 4.30pm, the valedictory function was held in the presence of the DIET Principal, Shri. Danoji and the coordinator Shri. Nander
